### Domain transfer rules？ <a href="#title-fzs-zwe-fa4" id="title-fzs-zwe-fa4"></a>

To transfer a domain to VM, the following rules must be met:

* The domain genuinely exists and contains legal characters.
* The domain has been registered for more than 60 days.
* Domains under the CNNIC registry cannot be transferred within 15 days before their expiration date.
* The domain is not in a state of prohibition from being transferred set by either the registrar (clientTransferProhibited) or the registry (serverTransferProhibited).
* The domain is not in dispute, arbitration, or legally restricted from being transferred.
