Domain transfer rules？

To transfer a domain to VM, the following rules must be met:

• The domain genuinely exists and contains legal characters.

• The domain has been registered for more than 60 days.

• Domains under the CNNIC registry cannot be transferred within 15 days before their expiration date.

• The domain is not in a state of prohibition from being transferred set by either the registrar (clientTransferProhibited) or the registry (serverTransferProhibited).

• The domain is not in dispute, arbitration, or legally restricted from being transferred.
