VM.COM ("VM", "we", or "our") are committed to protecting your privacy. We have prepared this Privacy Policy to describe our practices in collecting, using, and sharing personal data related to the VM website, mobile applications, and other software provided on or associated with our services (as defined below), as described in our Terms of Service (collectively referred to as "Services"). The term "NFT" in this Privacy Policy refers to non-fungible tokens or similar digital items implemented on a blockchain (such as the Ethereum blockchain) that are linked by smart contracts or otherwise associated with certain content or data.

The types of data we collect.

1. "Personal Information" refers to data that can identify your personal identity, including for example your name, email address, and any other non-public information related to or associated with the above items. "Anonymous Data" refers to data not related or connected to your personal data, including aggregated and de-identified data; anonymous data itself does not allow identification of individual identities. We collect personal and anonymous data as described below.

1.1 The information you provide us.

1.1.1 When you use our services, update your account details or contact us, we may collect your personal data such as email address, name, username and other information provided by you. We also collect your blockchain addresses which may be associated with personal data when using our services.

1.1.2 Our service allows you to store preferences such as how content is displayed, notification settings and favorites.We may associate these choices with application ID's device type & settings or browser type & settings.

1.1.3 If you seek assistance from our customer support team or contact us we will collect your name & contact info along with any other content included in the message

1.1.4 We might also gather more Personal Data at various points in our Services where it is voluntarily offered by users or where we state that Personal Data is being collected.

1.2 Information Collected Through Technology: As you interact with our Service ,we might employ automatic technology for collecting certain info about devices,browsing actions,and patterns which include:

1.2.1 The information our servers collect. In order to provide and enhance our services for you, we (or third-party service providers) gather information from you. This includes but is not limited to your browser type, operating system, DNS resolution, social media plugins, Internet Protocol (IP) address, mobile devices, application IDs, blockchain addresses, wallet types and the dates and times of service usage.

1.2.2 Log files. Like most websites and applications, we automatically collect certain information and store it in log files. This information includes IP addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information to analyze trends, manage the service, track user activity around the service and better tailor our services according to users' needs. For example, some information may be collected so that when you visit the service it recognizes you; this info can then be used to personalize your experience.

1.2.3 Cookies. Like many online services, we use cookies to collect information. We may use session cookies (which expire after you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to analyze how users interact with our services, improve the quality of our products, and provide a more personalized experience for users.

1.2.4 Pixel tags. In addition, we use "pixel tags" (also known as clear Gifs, web beacons or web bugs). Pixel tags allow us to analyze how users find our services, make the service more useful to you, and customize your experience with us to meet your specific interests and needs.

1.2.5 How we handle Do Not Track signals. Our system currently cannot recognize "Do Not Track" signals or other mechanisms that users may choose to opt out of tracking on our website.

1.3 Information collected from third-party organizations. We may receive personal and/or anonymous data about you from companies that offer their products and/or services for use in conjunction with our services, or whose products and/or services may be associated with our services. For example, third-party wallet service providers provide us with your blockchain address and certain other information you choose to share with these wallet providers. We may share your personal information within our corporate family's affiliates, third-party organizations that cooperate mutually allowing integration of each other's services into ours, as well as trusted third-party service providers.

1.4 Public information observed from the blockchain. We collect data from activities that are publicly visible and/or accessible on the blockchain. This may include blockchain addresses and information about purchases, sales or transfers of NFT Domains, which may be associated with other data you provide to us.

2. Use your personal information.

2.1 The information you enter on our website can be published to the blockchain using our software, allowing you to broadcast transactions to the blockchain network. Once broadcasted to the blockchain network, we cannot control how others use your personal information. Please consider your blockchain domain as a "public file", just like any other social account, and realize that others will have the opportunity to access the information you instruct us to publish. Specifically, if you post information about yourself in our management portal and then save this information onto the blockchain, then this information is now permanently public.

At VM, we use your personal information as follows.

2.1.1 We use your personal information to operate, maintain and improve our websites, products and services.

2.1.2 We use your personal information to respond to comments and questions and provide customer service.

2.1.3 We use your personal information to send messages, including confirmations, invoices, technical notices, updates, security alerts.

2.1.4 As well as support and administrative messages.

2.1.5 We use your personal information to communicate about promotions, upcoming events, and other news about products and services offered by us and our selected partners.

2.1.6 We use your personal information to protect against fraud investigate unauthorized or illegal activities.

2.2 We may create anonymous data records from individual data we collect on an aggregate basis.We reserve the right to utilize Anonymous Data for any purpose in our discretion,and disclose Anonymous Data with third parties without restriction.

2.3 Sending Emails: Legal Requirements.As mentioned above ,we will communicate with you via email,to confirm orders,to send requested info,and provide legally required communications.Legally required emails include ICANN mandated verification emails,renewal notifications,and any other policies or procedures created by ICANN for managing domain name purchases.In addition,the law may require us to notify you,such as DMCA takedown notices UDRP notifications etc.Or we might determine that a significant change has been made in one of our policies thus creating an obligation (though not legally required)to inform you of this change.These types of communication are not part of any opt-out program we offer for promotional emails.

3. Sharing of personal information.

We may share the following personal information:

3.1 We may share your personal information with your consent. For instance, you can share this information with others by posting it on the blockchain. Please understand that once this information is posted, in some cases it cannot be unposted (as one of the main purposes of the blockchain system is to ensure data origin by storing accurate and immutable records).

3.2 When we engage in business transactions or negotiate them, we may share personal information that involves the sale or transfer of all or part of our business or assets. These transactions could include any mergers, financing, acquisitions, or bankruptcy proceedings.

3.3 We may share personal information for legitimate, justifiable, protective and safety purposes.

3.4 We may share information as required by law. As stated above, we will never share your information without your permission or in ways other than described in this policy. The only exception is when we sincerely believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law, or when we must adhere to legal procedures. Examples of such exceptions include court rulings, subpoenas and UDRP/URS procedures. In each case, we carefully review the documents provided and only comply when these documents meet the necessary legal standards.

3.5 We may share information to protect the rights and property of VM.COM, our customers, and others. This includes enforcing our agreements, policies, and terms of use.

3.6 We may share information in emergency situations. This includes protecting the safety of our employees and agents, our customers, or anyone else.

3.7 We may share information with those who need this information to work for us.

3.8 When you transfer a domain name to us, we will also share your information as necessary to comply with any ICANN, registry or ccTLD rules, regulations and policies. For the crucial purpose of maintaining the security, stability and resilience of the internet, this includes transferring domain registration information to underlying domain registration operators and hosting providers, as well as publishing such information in accordance with the legitimate interests of ICANN or other third parties.

3.9 We will share information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of VM. This includes third-party suppliers through our domain suffix interface service. These providers will each have their own privacy policies.

For your convenience, our service may provide links to third-party websites or services. These linked sites or services are part of the service, including the information or content contained within them. Your browsing and interaction on any other website or service is subject to the applicable rules and policies of that third party, not ours. If you use these third-party websites or services, you do so at your own risk. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any website or service before providing any personal information.

5. Third-party wallet.

To use our services, you must use a third-party wallet that allows you to transact on the public blockchain. Your interactions with any third-party wallet provider are subject to the terms of service and privacy policy applicable to that third party.

6. Choice of information.

You have several options regarding the information on our service:

6.1 Email communication. We may periodically send you newsletters and/or emails, directly promoting our services or the use of third-party goods and services. When you receive current affairs newsletters or promotional information sent by us, you can express your wish to stop receiving these communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email you received or through the "Notification" preferences in the "Settings" page. Despite these preferences, we may occasionally send you information related to transactional services.

6.2 If at any time you decide to no longer accept cookies from our service for any of the above purposes, you can instruct your browser to stop accepting cookies or to prompt before accepting cookies from the websites you visit by changing its settings. Refer to your browser's technical information. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use all parts or all features of the service.

This privacy policy is intended for visitors to our website, users of our services, and other companies and users worldwide. We may choose or be legally required to provide additional disclosures related to the processing of personal information in certain countries, regions or states. This includes the composition of your personal information, the legal basis we rely on to process your personal information, how we use cookies when you visit our services from the EEA, UK or Switzerland and your rights regarding your personal information.

International Tourist Information

Personal information may be transferred, stored and processed in countries other than the country where the information was collected. For instance, this website is primarily hosted and provided by the United States. Please note that the level of personal data protection offered in the country/region to which personal data is transferred may not be equivalent to that of the transferring country/region.

California Privacy Disclosure

For the purposes of this section, "personal information" has the meaning defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"). 8. Data Retained.

Personal information after account termination. When your VM account is cancelled (voluntarily or involuntarily), all of your personal identification information will be in a "deactivated" state in our corresponding database. However, you should know that deactivating your account does not mean that your personal identification information has been completely deleted from our database. If necessary, we will retain and use your personal identification information to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements and/or as required by law or regulation. Therefore, it may not be immediately deleted upon request and is an approved exception to the GDPR and CCPA deletion rights. By creating an account with us, using our support services and/or purchasing services, you acknowledge and agree to these retention terms.

9. Data Protection.

9.1 We care about the security of your information and use physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect the integrity and security of information collected through our services. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems. If any information under our custody or control is compromised due to a breach in security regulations, we will take steps to investigate and remedy the situation, notifying individuals who may have had their data exposed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

9.2 You should be responsible for the security of your digital wallet, and we urge you to take measures to ensure its safety. If you encounter any problems related to your wallet, please contact your wallet provider.

10. Children's Privacy.

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected any personal information from a child under 16, we will delete that information as soon as possible. We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy at our discretion.
