How to Lend
You can follow these steps to effectively utilize loan services and generate returns.
Steps
Log In to the Platform: Log in to vm.com using your Web3 wallet.
Select Loan Projects: Navigate to the "DomaiFi" page in the top menu and browse loan projects to find a suitable one.
View Loan Project Details: Click on the order to read the loan request details, including the loan amount, duration, repayment method, interest rate, and the option for guarantee services.
Confirm Investment: Once you confirm your investment, the system will generate a pending payment order. During this time, as a lender, you must complete the payment promptly. Otherwise, the order will automatically return to the Finance Market, canceling your investment.
*Note: For first-time lenders, after confirming the investment, you will need to authorize a specific amount via your wallet as a deduction guarantee to ensure the loan funding is successful.
Deduction Successful: Congratulations! You have successfully funded the loan order.
Monitor Loan Status: You can track the status of your funded loans under "My loans" in the "DomainFi center."
