1. The establishment, effectiveness and scope of the agreement

1.1 This agreement is established between the user and SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED regarding domain name registration. The agreement takes effect immediately when the user clicks to agree, indicating that the user has read, understood, acknowledged and agreed to abide by this agreement.

1.2 SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement. The revised agreement takes effect immediately after it is generated and published on this website (VM.COM). Users can view the latest version of the agreement terms on the corresponding service page before using SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED services. If users do not agree to comply with the final revised agreement, please stop using this website or its services.

2. Domain Registration Rules

2.1 This agreement applies to all domain names registered by SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED, excluding those linked to third-party platforms. The validity period of the registered domain name is based on the number of years chosen by the user at registration.

2.2 Upon successful domain registration, the user pledges to comply with laws, administrative regulations, policies and domain dispute resolution methods established by ICANN, national domain authorities, registry management organizations and registration service institutions. The user's domain registration is subject to all registration policies. It is the user's responsibility to visit the websites of ICANN, national domain authorities and registry management organizations to understand the latest registration policies. They must accept all applicable registration policies before registering a domain with SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED.

2.3 Users need to meet the domain registration eligibility requirements, verification or other identity verification requirements in order to register a domain name at SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED. Users declare and guarantee:

（1）All information provided for the registration or update of a domain is true, complete, and accurate.

（2）The user is satisfied and will meet the qualification standards stipulated in the corresponding domain name registration policy within the domain name license period.

（3）The user has not previously submitted a domain name application using the same qualification standards through other registrars.

（4）The user acknowledges and agrees that even if the domain name is accepted for registration, the right of the user to register the domain may be challenged by others who claim to have rights to that domain.

（5）The user agrees that if any required warranty is found to be untrue, incomplete, incorrect or misleading, the registry or registrar may cancel the registration and use of the domain name.

2.4 The user agrees to comply with all applicable ICANN requirements, standards, policies, procedures and regulations of SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED. Please refer to:

2.5 The user confirms and agrees that, according to the registration policy, some domain names in certain TLDs will have fluctuating pricing and renewal registration pricing. The specific prices are subject to those displayed on the VM.COM website.

2.6 The user acknowledges and agrees that they may not be permitted to purchase specific TLDs, private TLDs or proxy TLD registrations in certain markets, countries and regions.

2.7 Users must not violate the laws of their country or region, misuse registered domain names to engage in illegal activities such as infringement, gambling, pornography, fraud, COVID-19 related businesses. They are also prohibited from using registered domains to distribute unwanted emails and advertisements (SPAM). If any of these terms are violated, SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED reserves the right to suspend registration and usage. Any liabilities arising from this will be borne by the user themselves.

2.8 SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED handles the domain name registration procedures for users, submits the required documents and pays related fees on behalf of users. SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED does not guarantee in any explicit or implied manner that the domain names registered by users can be successfully registered.

2.9 The user agrees not to transfer any domain registered through SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED to another domain registrar within sixty (60) days of the initial registration date.

3. Costs and Payments

3.1 The user agrees to pay any and all prices and fees for services purchased or obtained on this website when ordering the service. The billing method is detailed on the VM.COM fee page, and complies with the provisions of the "SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED Renewal Agreement".

3.2 SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED explicitly reserves the right to change or modify prices and fees at any time. Any changes or modifications should be announced on this website and take effect immediately, without the need for separate notification to users.

3.3 Users can choose to set up automatic renewal or manual renewal. All renewals must comply with the provisions of this agreement. As the content of the agreement will be revised from time to time, users acknowledge and agree that all renewed domains are bound by all terms of this revised agreement.

3.4 The user agrees that, whether the renewal is made automatically or manually within the term specified in this agreement, SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED is not responsible for any domain names cancelled due to unsuccessful renewal. If the user cannot renew the domain name on time under any circumstances, additional fees may be incurred.

4. Information Update

4.1 The user agrees to notify SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED and complete the modification within five (5) working days when any information changes during the registration process. The user has the responsibility to ensure that the provided information is up-to-date and accurate.

4.2 For each domain name registered by the user, it is necessary to provide information such as the name of the registrant, mailing address, email address, telephone number, fax number etc. The specific information required will be according to what is asked for on the registration page. Users should create an information template before registering a domain.

4.3 For each domain name registered by the user, the following information may be publicly available in the Whois directory determined by ICANN or registry policy: Domain name, user's name and mailing address, names of technical and administrative contacts, email addresses, postal addresses, voice and fax numbers, Internet protocol numbers for primary and secondary domain servers, corresponding names of domain servers, original registration date and expiration date of main domain server and auxiliary domain server names, identity of registrars.

4.4 The user agrees that, within the scope permitted by ICANN, SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED can use the public information provided by the user during the registration process.

5. Dispute Resolution Policy

5.1 The user agrees to comply with the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) established by ICANN, and the user can view it on the ICANN website.

ICANN may periodically amend its dispute resolution policy, and users agree to comply with the revised policy. Users also agree to accept under ICANN's Uniform Rapid Suspension procedure (URS).

5.2 If a dispute arises over domain name registration, SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED has the discretion to take any action deemed necessary by the platform, including further modification, transfer and/or control of the domain name in question until the dispute is resolved.

6. User's Obligations

6.1 The user guarantees that whether registering a domain name or using it directly or indirectly, they will not infringe on any third party's legitimate rights (including but not limited to others' naming rights, intellectual property rights and domain ownership rights). If the user's registration and use of the domain name causes losses to SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED, the user will compensate and exempt the registrar, operator and their directors, supervisors, employees and agents from all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses related to or arising from domain name registration (including reasonable legal fees). This obligation remains valid after this agreement expires or is terminated.

6.2 If a user has unresolved disputes or behaviors that violate this agreement, their rights to use any services provided by VM.COM may be cancelled or suspended.

6.3 SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED, in necessary circumstances, reserves the right to refuse, cancel or transfer any registration or transaction, or set any domain name to locked, reserved or similar status. The decision will be solely made by SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED or the registry for achieving the following purposes:

（1）Complies with the standards adopted by any organization recognized as an internet authority.

（2）Correct any errors made by the registry or any registrar in domain name registration, and protect its integrity and stability;

（3）Exempt from paying fees to the registry;

（4）Ensure the integrity and stability of the registry;

（5）Comply with any applicable court orders, laws, government regulations or provisions, law enforcement requirements or any dispute resolution procedures;

（6）Comply with any applicable ICANN rules or regulations, including but not limited to registration agreements;

（7）Avoid causing any civil or criminal liability to registrars and their affiliates, subsidiaries, managers, directors and employees;

（8）Comply with the terms of this agreement;

（9）Used during dispute resolution period;

（10）Other reasonable reasons.

6.4 The user agrees that SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED may consider the user's failure to fully comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement, as well as any rules or policies of SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED, a serious breach of this agreement. SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED may notify the user of the violation in writing or electronically (i.e., by email).

If the user fails to provide evidence within ten (10) days to prove that they have not violated their obligations towards SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED, SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED may terminate its relationship with the user and take any remedial measures available to SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED under applicable law.

If a user's service is cancelled or terminated due to violations, no fees will be refunded. SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED's failure to take action or notify the user of any potential breach does not excuse or forgive the fact of the user's violation.

7. Supplementary Provisions

7.1 VM refers to SINO PROFIT (HONG KONG) LIMITED and its potentially associated operating companies, with the domain: VM.com.

7.2 The titles of this agreement are for convenience and easy reference only, and have no impact on the interpretation of the mutual agreement unless otherwise specified in this agreement. Regardless of purpose, all contract terms and agreements within this agreement should be interpreted as separate and independent contracts or agreements. If any court/authority with jurisdiction deems any term (or part thereof) of this agreement to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms (or parts thereof) shall remain unaffected to the fullest extent permitted by law, still valid and enforceable.
